Leadership Rooted in Service

Hammond deserves city leadership that listens, shows up, and puts neighbors first. Thaddeus Bilski is running for Hammond City Council District 4 with a lifelong commitment to public service, practical problem-solving, and stronger communities.

As a U.S. Army veteran, Lake County Sheriff’s Officer, former small business owner, and community advocate, Thaddeus brings experience from the places where accountability matters most. His guiding principle is simple: Public Service, Not Self-Service.

Experience That Serves Neighbors

Thaddeus understands that a safe, thriving district depends on responsive local government and leaders who respect the people they represent. His public safety work has earned multiple lifesaving awards and Sheriff’s commendations, reflecting a record of calm action and care for others.
